I came in today and the store manager Chakira did an amazing job helping me find the tires that I wanted. I would 10/10 recommend this place. Ivan(saucy) was very helpful as well! Thank you very much!

I messed up my tire last night. Booked last minute appointment over the phone. First thing I’m told is they won’t have anybody in until 9:30am. My appointment was at 8:30. I was told the people doing the appointments don’t even work there. Asked for a full inspection. Was told “we don’t do state inspections here” right away. Even though there’s a sign in the parking lot about it ? Either way I didn’t need a state inspection, needed a full car checkup. After almost being sent back to wait for another hour and a half, luckily I asked availability of my tire size before wasting anymore time. They didn’t have my size. So bad communication all around, and I just felt like the employee wanted to get me out of there. Basically a waste of my time. Glad I asked for tire size availability before waiting over another hour.

Jackie and Joe were very professional and amazing to work with. I came without an appointment and needed help with my car and they were extremely kind, helpful and very thorough. They took the time to explain everything and made sure I was able to drive home safely that day. I was stressed and not the easiest to deal with but they were both very kind and patient with me. I truly appreciate their transparency, professionalism and dedication. If you need an honest opinion on your vehicle I absolutely recommend to take your vehicle there. Thanks again to the both of you for your prompt help and professionalism!

This location (Arthur Way, Newport News) was great in helping me find a tow service that was working on mother's day, and once I got there they took care of my car quickly! Staff is friendly and courteous, and the price was perfectly reasonable on a holiday weekend. They really hooked me up! I've been here before when I thought I had a nail in my tire and they checked it out and patched it for free. It's a short walking distance to get coffee or food if you're waiting, which is nice too!

HOOD Pull Release was broken when they replaced my coolant hose on my 2013 Mini Cooper; noone said anything. I noticed when getting in the car; it was "rigged" with a wire. I returned on 30 Dec for an oil change and the release to be repaired....Again, they "rigged" enough for me to walk out the door; was told they had to order a new part....I'M WAITING....Otherwise, the shop has always done good by me and the numerous vehicles I've owned and received service from them. Last, higher ups need to get permanent techs in there along with enough techs; you all been going through technicians for over a year...Chris was a "jewel" he single-handed maintained that shop by himself for a lonnnnggg time....So sorry you lost him. Of course, due to Chris being by himself...level of service was Not done....example customers got tires but NO mention of road hazards being offered...Yes, that was me....Management, you've got to do better Taking Care of Your People
